Leasing an Apartment

When can I lease an apartment?

We are currently accepting reservations, hard hat tours are planned to begin in April 2023, and move-ins are anticipated to start in August 2023.

Pet Policy

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we are happy to welcome you and your furry family members! We allow up to two pets per apartment home, and a pet profile must be completed. We believe in healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents and want to help create a community that welcomes everyone to a pet-responsible environment.  We are excited to offer for our community. Your furry family member will enjoy The Bubbles & Bark Pet Spa as one of your community amenities.

  • Initial Pet Fee = $200 - $400 per pet (non-refundable)
  • Monthly Pet Fee = $25 - $45 per pet (Maximum two pets per apartment home)
  • Pet Screening = $25 for initial profile ($5 discount if payment by ACH), $15 for one additional profile; obtain your “FIDO Score” and submit all pet information in one location.
Property Fees

What Property Fees am I responsible for?

  • Application Fee = $50 per applicant (non-refundable)
  • Administrative Hold Fee = $150 per apartment home; will be forfeited if application is canceled after 72 hours from date of application.*
  • Administrative Fee balance due at lease signing = $100
    *Additional terms may apply to the Administrative Fee in accordance with the Reservation Agreement.

Are utilities included in rent?

The resident is responsible for electric, water, sewer and valet trash service.

Rental Criteria

Rental Criteria

All residents over the age of 18 must submit a rental application. Applicants will be screened for credit history, rental history, criminal background, and must provide proof of income that is equal to or greater than 2.5 times the monthly rent amount.

Renter's Insurance

Is Renter's Insurance required?

Yes, we have partnered with for your convenience in obtaining a policy. ePremium offers pet, water, and pest coverage in addition to standard renter’s insurance coverage, for details visit their website. You may also utilize your preferred provider. Liability coverage of $100,000 is required. Personal property is recommended of no less than $10,000.  If a policy is not retained by your move in day, a fee of $20 per month will bill to the resident account until a policy is provided.

Smoking Policy

Is smoking allowed?

The Union is a smoke-free community. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area.

Wi-Fi Services

Do you provide Wi-Fi services?

Complimentary community Wi-Fi is provided throughout the amenity spaces. Phone/Internet/Cable services are available for your apartment home through Altafiber, formerly Cincinnati Bell. Residents pay applicable charges based on services chosen.


Does your community have an elevator?

We have convenient elevator access located on either side of the building. We have thought of your move in day!  You will be able to reserve for specific use to ease the move.

Storage Units

Are storage units available?

Yes! Each storage unit is 4’W x 4’D x 3’-7”H. Quantity is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. The monthly rental fee is $35.


Do you have parking?

Each apartment home includes one parking space for FREE, and one additional space is available for a monthly rental fee of $25, based on availability. Maximum number of spaces per home is two.
